Shipping Information

Upon receiving payment, orders are shipped the next business day from our processing center in Southern California. Our preferred carriers are the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. If you wish to have an order shipped to a PO Box, you must select a USPS shipping method, as FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. USPS shipping must be selected for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US protectorates and territories.

FREE USPS Shipping

For Free USPS Shipping your order must total at least $15 and you must select the FREE USPS Shipping button at checkout. Under our FREE SHIPPING policy, orders weighing 13oz or less will automatically be shipped USPS First Class Mail while orders weighing more than 13oz will automatically be shipped USPS Priority Mail. The Free USPS Shipping option does not guarantee that your order will be shipped Priority Mail as there must be enough items in your shopping cart to reach a total weight that is greater than the 13oz maximum weight limit for us to ship a package via USPS First Class Mail. To guarantee that your order is shipped expedited you must select an expedited shipping method. FedEx and other expedited shipping options can be selected at checkout and will incur a shipping charge.

CANCELLATIONS

Requests for cancelling an order must be received before your order ships. Oftentimes an order will ship the same business day shortly after the order is submitted, so please be prompt to call us at (855) 856-3473 to cancel your order for an immediate refund. If your order has already shipped and you would still like to cancel the order you will need to wait until the order is delivered to your address and then ship the order back to us. The shipping charges you pay to return the order will also be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause you, and please understand that we have not successfully rerouted many packages back to us.

Bright golden to reddish yellow is a good thing, a VERY good thing because it’s a strong indication that a formula is absolutely loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. These will help protect and nourish your skin and help it recover from mild irritations like dryness, itching, burning, and chapping. We don’t use natural OR artificial colors in our formulas, it’s all pure herbal extracts causing that deep brilliant color and pleasant yet invigorating aroma.

No we do not. In 2010 we began sourcing our ingredients from organic farms all over the world. We now purchase many of them through an organic certified farmers’ co-op in the South of France where the highest standards of purity are strictly withheld through Ecocert.

The line over the o (known as a macron) would make our name technically sound similar to how you say “bold”, but everyone here just says “balm”. We chose to spell it this way is because all of our balms are organic (o-for-organic). We’re not some a-for-average balm company!
